Products that claim to promote hair growth has been out for decades. You can purchase them with or with out a prescription or from you favorite social media marketer. 

But did you know that with the proper diet and hair care you can grow your hair naturally? There are some medical conditions that may prevent Hair from growing, but if you have an undiagnosed medical condition and it seems as if your hair is not growing or excessively breaking, maybe you should consider changing your diet. 

While studying to be a trichologist, I’ve learned that identifying the type of blood you have then eating a diet based on your blood type may reduce medical illnesses and restore hair growth.
