National Natural Hair Meet Up Day

So if you are new to the world or Natural Hair, your are probably wondering... "What is this National Natural Hair meet up day?"

I will be happy to answer that question for you! :)

Have you ever been out in Target and you came across a cute natural hair style on someone who seem to be naturally fashionable? Without appearing to be a groupie,  you probably followed her down the natural hair isle to see what products she's purchasing. Just your luck she only went to purchase some bobby pins. Well....The purpose of National Natural Hair Meetup Day is to bring natural hair women together who live, work, or play, in the same community. This year National Natural Hair Meetup day is being held on Saturday, May 18. Chances are you will meet your natural neighbor, coworker, or your Natural hair Idol. Cool thing about National Natural Hair Meetup day, is that women all over the country will be participating in expressing and learning about their natural-ality.

I have been natural for a long time now. I stopped counting after 4 years. I must admit, I can get very routined with my hair regimen, the products I use, and the styles I wear. There are new and improved natural hair products hitting the market before you even run out of the products you brought last month. Hair care will forever be changing and improving. I still take advantage of learning from others by attending hair meet ups and becoming fans of natural hair face book pages. I'm a little old fashion so youtube is not an everyday tool for me yet.
